Primary Purpose
The Vice President of Marketing and Communications leads the
company's marketing, branding, and communications strategy to
enhance visibility, drive engagement, and support business growth.
This role develops a compelling brand narrative, ensures consistent
messaging, and oversees all internal and external communications.
This leader drives digital marketing initiatives, including search
engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM), to
maximize online presence and customer acquisition. Providing
vision, leadership, and execution, the Vice President of Marketing
and Communications strengthens brand awareness, increases sales,
and enhances profitability, reinforcing United Site Services'
position as an industry leader.
Essential Functions
Strategic Leadership & Brand Development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing and
communications strategy to drive brand awareness, customer
engagement, and business growth.
- Serve as the company's brand steward, ensuring a consistent and
compelling brand presence across all channels.
- Lead integrated marketing initiatives that align with business
objectives, including SEO and SEM, content marketing, email
campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.
- Oversee public relations, media outreach, and reputation
management to maintain a strong public image and positive industry
positioning.Marketing & Communications Execution
- Direct the creation and execution of high-impact marketing
campaigns, corporate messaging, and digital content
strategies.
- Optimize the company's digital presence, including website
management, social media engagement, and thought leadership
initiatives.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by leveraging analytics and
market research to assess campaign performance and refine marketing
strategies.
- Ensure all communication efforts support the company's mission,
vision, and strategic priorities.Internal & External
Communication
- Enhance internal communication strategies to improve employee
engagement and alignment with company objectives.
- Oversee crisis communication planning and execution, ensuring
proactive risk management and reputation protection.
- Develop partnerships with industry organizations, media, and
community stakeholders to amplify the company's reach.Team
Leadership & Collaboration
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications
team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Work cross-functionally with executive leadership, sales, HR,
and operations to ensure marketing efforts support key business
initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging marketing trends,
digital transformation, and customer engagement best practices.Data
& Analytics
- Builds and develops the teams and technology required to
collect, test, measure, and analyze marketing metrics necessary to
identify trends in the marketplace, program effectiveness, and
client behavior.
- Analyzes and interprets data on market trends to make informed
marketing decisions that support growth, acquisition, retention and
sales.
- Track and analyze all key metrics including acquisition costs,
lifetime value of a customer and conversion rates.
- Scan the marketplace for new products and services where we are
not meeting customer demands and/or expectations, e.g., opportunity
for subscription or bundled service models.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business
Administration or a related field; Master's degree in Business
Administration or Law preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing and Communication with
strategic and/or business development responsibilities.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, content
strategy, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to
mentor and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging.
- Strong analytical mindset, using data and insights to drive
marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced,
results-driven environment.
- Proficiency with marketing automation tools, analytics
platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong understanding of consumer and brand research with
ability to translate into viable strategic creative direction.
- Financial acumen including budget management and data
analysis.
- Fluent in multi-media (SEO, SEM, Digital, CRM) and
PowerPoint.

reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position
applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary
range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job
related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our
total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive
benefits program.
Salary Range
$191,700.00 - $250,000.00 / year

maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all
locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual
pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills,
experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation
package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits
program.
