who have less than 12 months of RN experience to learn, grow, and
immerse yourself in our culture to serve patients!
ACEN Accredited STAR Nurse Residency Training Program
We are proud to have all our new graduate RN's go through our
year-long STAR Residency Program that helps support transition from
a student nurse to professional nurse. You will have the
opportunity to build relationships, develop your clinical and
leadership skills, and grow your own community of fellow new
graduates that will share the same journey as you.

Registered Nurses are responsible for evaluating patients and
assisting physicians with patient care. RN's plan, implement, and
document nursing care based on patient's needs. Orientation and
training will be individualized by unit.
