  Job Responsibilities
  • Provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management and postoperative pain management.

  • Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records.
  • Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education. Skills

    • Strong work ethic, stamina and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Minimum Education Requirements
      • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program. License & Certifications
        • Active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Idaho .
        • National certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA). Experience
          • While specific requirements may vary, most locum CRNA positions prefer candidates with at least one year of experience in a clinical anesthesia setting. Additional Notes
